I wasn't as shocked by the photo's of the lynched as I was by the photos of mob participants and spectators.
Who would have imagined the festivity and the presence of families with young children at a brutal sadistic murder?

I have long assumed that black Americans had to be schizoid to assimilate the official colorblind version of history, along with the brutal racist realities. How else explain generation after generation of black troops imposing or defending the American Way of life.
The truth is that most Americans demonstrate schizophrenia with regard to our history and society.

When we use demeaning and belittling labels to describe others, including ones which are socially and medically sanctioned (i.e. schizo, psychotic), we maintain a sub-class of human beings.

James Allen, co-creator of this lynching forum, was once a member of this sub-class. Psychiatrists considered gays to be crazy and abnormal. Electro-shock was often prescribed to fix the abnormal "gayness."
Now if gayness was considered not to be abnormal, what about all other other psych survivors who also have been labelled?

See in their hearts, people like to feel superior by believing there is a group inferior to them. What group is there now, who is consistently scapegoated at every level of society? The "mental patients," the "schizos," the "psychotics." This mentality is the same lynching mentality which sadistically tortured innocent people.

What about the thousands of psych patients who have been forced historically to endure forced drugging, forced ECT, lobotomies, insulin coma, hydro-"therapy" ice baths and other tortures?

Why are people still laughing and calling others names? There are people out here that are sick and tired of EVERY minority group being acknowledged except for the ONE group that is still fair game to lynch---"mental patients."

Let's drop ALL the labels and stop practicing SOCIAL LYNCHING.

It is not socially acceptable to use the "N" word or the "Q" word, so let's stop using the "C" word, the "S" word and the "P" words to descripe another human being.
