This webpage is an important endeavor. Lynching is a horrific yet important aspect of American history. An aspect that should not be forgotten. The pictures on this website make lynching a real human experience, not just distant statistics. They allow the viewer to feel only a portion of the emotions the scenes command. But that is all that is needed to make make a trip to this website an unforgetable visit. The most unsettling events of history are the events that are most important to remember.
